Austin Office

Maggie joined CDF-Texas in 2019, promoting youth civic education and engagement throughout the state. She helps to organize efforts to improve access to civic opportunities and learning for all Texas children.

Maggie brings her experience working with youth at Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay, where she participated in behavioral interviews with college students to help match them with young mentees and created a guide with effective practices for mentoring programs between college students and children. She also previously worked on a Senate campaign in Oregon researching potential donors and staffing campaign events. She is excited to work with young Texans to make sure their voices are an integral part of policy-making and politics.
