Civic Engagement Among Youth with No College Experience

Young people with no college experience make up a significant proportion of the youth population. Yet they’re too often left out of voting and other forms of civic engagement. To understand how to better engage young people with no college experience, Children’s Defense Fund – Texas has conducted a series of interviews with organizers and practitioners who work directly with these youth. The result is Democracy Beyond the Campus – a report that explains the barriers these youth face and the solutions to empower them!
