Trump Administration Suffers Three Legal Defeats in One Day
On Friday, federal judges barred three different changes to immigration policy from being implemented. First, U.S. District Judge Dolly Gee blocked the Trump Administration from dismantling protections guaranteed by the Flores Settlement agreement. Second, U.S. District Judge Andre Birotte Jr. issued a permanent injunction barring ICE from relying solely on databases when issuing so-called detainers. Third, a federal judge blocked the administration from expanding expedited removal. These decisions are victories for all of us who are fighting to protect immigrants. Read more here.

Sign on to a congressional amicus brief in support of DACA
Rep. Lofgren is leading efforts to add signers to a congressional amicus brief in support of DACA. Our goal is to get all Democrats in Congress on the briefs as well as key Republicans and show broad bipartisan support for the program.
